The company is expanding its senior management with the appointment of a Chief People Officer and a Senior Director of Communications, signaling a strategic focus on talent management and enhanced communications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

James Hart, an accomplished HR executive with 19 years of experience, joins Shoals with a proven track record in developing and implementing human resources strategies that drive organizational success. In this role as Chief People Officer, Hart will lead Shoals\u2019 efforts in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, driving employee and community engagement initiatives, and attracting top-tier talent to support the company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Hart joins Shoals from Cardlytics, where he served as vice president of people, leading the people and culture function for the organization. She will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Shoals\u2019 communication and community engagement strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering transparent communication both internally and externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
