Every major challenge has a moment when we must reframe the story around it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI is moving fast. Faster than any technology wave we\u2019ve seen before. And while its potential is extraordinary, the energy required to power it is growing just as quickly. It can feel daunting, especially if we frame it as someone else\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They need more power. They need faster infrastructure. They need new solutions. They need to firm the grid.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data centers can\u2019t scale without a resilient, modern grid. The grid can\u2019t evolve without infrastructure that\u2019s faster to deploy and more reliable once it\u2019s in the ground. And none of it works unless utilities, developers, manufacturers, policymakers, and technology leaders are moving in the same direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When any link in that chain breaks, progress slows for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes this moment different is the speed at which it is changing. AI is advancing far faster than traditional energy and infrastructure approaches were ever designed to handle. Collectively, we must all think about how we innovate our approach. How do we deploy proven technologies in new ways? The battery industry is already doing this by converting EV manufacturing plants<\/a> to produce batteries used by data centers and utilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We just sent another rocket into space, 57 years after \u201cone small step for man, one giant leap for mankind<\/em><\/a>,\u201d reminding us of the incredible accomplishments that arise from teamwork and aligned strategic goals.
