Project Background
The Darlington Point Solar farm, developed and managed by Edify Energy, is one of the largest solar farms connected to the National Electricity Market. Located in New South Wales, approximately 10 km south of the town of Darlington Point, the farm spans 1,993 acres on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri people. With nearly 1 million solar panels, it produces enough clean electricity to meet the needs of more than 115,000 homes and displaces more than 600,000 tons of carbon emissions annually.
